MEN AT WOK Artisan Asian Street Food has recently launched its delivery and collection service from Bishop O'Donnell Rd, Galway. Street food team Malaysian chef Andy Bandara and local business woman Yasmin McNelis have joined forces to offer a taste of South East Asian street fare inspired by the energy & excitement of food stalls of Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. Their Men At Wok street stall at George's Quay Dublin food market was a bustle with enthusiasm for their dhal vegetarian curry. Hailing from Malaysia and having spent many years in this region, Chef Andy Bandara hopes to delight Galway people with the aromas and fresh flavours synonymous with Asian street fare. Andy has worked extensively in restaurants and hotels to bring a high range of culinary expertise to his authentic range of healthy option dishes. His passion for Asian fusion stems from childhood days of home cooking amid family culinary roots of Chinese, Sri-Lankan and Indian influences. He wok cooks to clean and honest cooking principles using only fresh herbs & spices to flavour dishes (no MSG), heart healthy rapeseed oil and uses Irish sourced beef and chicken to guarantee you top quality produce.

Men at Wok's menu offers a wide range of authentic dishes, including delicious 'street' curries, aromatic wok stir fries, Pad Thai, Malaysian Nasi Goreng and flavoursome vegetarian dishes, not to mention Andy's signature Satay sauce. Most dishes are GLUTEN FRIENDLY and DAIRY FREE with good VEGETARIAN options. Prices vary from €5 for starters to €10 for main course rice and noodle dishes, €12.50 for speciality dishes, they even have a novel taster section that allows a taster portion €7.50 and a 'street kids' section at €5.50. Portions are generous so not only are you eating delicious flavoursome food, you are getting great value for your money too.
